A bit hard to give advice Pixie as to whether to sell or hold - but this latest offer throws the cat amongst the pidgeons.

The talk about shares was only a reference to AGL not having enough cash to up the ante on TCW's 1.51 offer - i was just saying that i would take scrip if AGl offered --- of course it would have to be a good offer (ie, implied value of around 2 dollars should do it).

I continue to hold but they were always meant to be a long term investment.
