WPG has 247.8m shares and 11m options. A total of 259m on issue fully diluted. It has 66m cash left at the end of June qtr. Let's assume that they have 50m left by now. So, 50m + 346m equal 396m in cash.
396m cash divided by 259m shares which equal to $152 cash backing.
They will keep their coal asset and port asset.
