Ultimately a growing SP or, to be precise MC, is the aim.
You can't grow your enterprise by:
1) Paying hefty salaries (for the sise of your business)
2) Lots of talk,but no plan or action.
2) No vested interest.
3) being arrogant.
Our "strong" team has been in control for over a decade....during this period,we lost over 95% of our value.
The problem is that the "team" hasn't changed any of its habits.
They are still being arrogant & expensive.
They should change teir attitude or move on.
