those of us who pay our taxes can't afford to pay $3 a litre for the privilege of driving to our jobs.
i can't think of anything more vile than a road sparsely frequented only by tax cheats who profit off of other peoples misfortune and spend their idle hours complaining about everyone that eats different food and speaks a different language to themselves, but hey, what ever floats your fat boat, eh?....
