    Nice to see that Morningstar have updated their valuation of ESH to a now 'undervalued' (0.02c) also. Prior this, it hadn't been updated since August 2019, and was 'Fair', so it's nice to see it's getting some attention again given the positive week last week. Cant wait for the crazy week ahead! feels like another announcement is in the wings...
