He maybe just a refugee--having a go,
the fault does not lie with him--it`s govt policy,how many times have Govt set up programs for them to be payed
while left idle. While Govt never earn the money--concern is little!! Like many economics shoppers--its the carrot that bring them to Western countries,and not their own cultured counties--quite simple--take away the carrot. While Govt think their smart thinking of new inventory taxes--ie--C/T along with others,ruining many businesses in their wake, a treasure import takes them for a ride--the STUPIDITY lies with in Govt corridors!!
