    NO IT BEGGARS BELIEF--a childcare providers does not have to look after children yet can receive funds?/
    K Packer was completely right who in their right mind would pay more tax to these DUNCES,paying a child provider to look after no children--as J Mc Enroe would say--"YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS"". THE P/C BRIGADE HAS NO SCRUPLES!!
