    Thats a heavy 60 page document...but i got there.

    As it states any 31St Dec 2009 option converted at 3c from now to 3 months after the general meeting will get one oridinary share plus and option exercisable before 31st Dec 2012 at 6c per option.

    Hope that makes it clearer for some.
