Nubian will need to raise cash first , prior to any exploration. I suspect a float on AIM in the not to distant future , with GIP holding 50% odd as promoter , and then distributing that stock to GIP holders in-specie perhaps after drill results are known sometime next year ?
One thing to remember is nothing happens fast in Egypt !!
