Huntley's valuation is that high because he told his readers to get a while ago when the market was flying.
He's trying to lure in buyers to bail out the many who followed his recommendation only to watch their capital waste away.
Grain of salt recommendations are Huntley's especially when his valuation of any given stock is 150% above current market price.
