I actually have 3 stocks (including PDN) that have been loaded with so much positive announcements and news that greatly increase the fundamental value of the company but it is not reflected in the share price and is very frustrating.

I think investors are staying away from the Australian economy and stocks as there are many beaten down economies where bargains can be had. Australia still has high intest rates compared to many other stable countries (people feel safer in Cash) and housing prices are still huge. People might be thinking Australia's turn is coming. I am no economist though... but as Bernard Willy says from Yes Prime Minister, that could be an advantage in understanding economics :)

I also believe the thought of nuclear powser and uranium is still a touchy subject, especially combined with finiancial uncertainty. But hopefully both these issues will continue to fade away and we will enter another age of enlightenment:)
