    Hi mgrindy - 1st- it is an offer of 750 blr shares for 1 western share.
    2nd - there are no extra shares, they are paying us 1 of there shares for 750 of our shares , bear in mind there shares are valued at around $4.50
    3rd - yes you can trade blr on the asx unless theres an announcement stating a trading halt, hope that helps you to get your head around it, your being shafted to put it nicely.
