Butthead - you may well be right & if James made this commitment to shareholders without something up his sleeve ,apart from his arm,then his credibilility is shot.
Other than the one you suggest ,there is another way that he can deliver.If he can get a deal with his mates in BHP re Permian similar to the deal BRU got with Mitsubishi re the Canning (and BHP just said they want in into the Permian ) then his $1 then $1.50 then $2 is assured.
