That was a sell on close of 3.5 million shares at 0.20 when the last sale was at $.21. That wasn't someone just trying to get out, they were specifically trying to cap the share price. Otherwise they would have put them in the market at $0.205. However, right at the death someone came up and matched the price at $0.20 to take out the whole lot.
Don't know what is going on. Why would someone want to dump 3.5 million shares as soon as it looked like they could sell them for $0.205 or $0.21? Who would buy 3.6M at $0.20 on the close? Perhaps they are related parties.
