From what I can see Red Rocks SEDA arrangements are still active and have at least another year at least to run.
Most of Red Rocks disposals to date have been off-market been sells to another of the Jupiter and Pallinghurst Directors.
They only seem to sell any of their shares on market when they are well bid.
The egm on 12th will look to approve the Tshipi manganese deal. I think thats the reason for the rise as it looks like its a done deal.
Also persistent speculation about a certain Sovereign wealth fund getting involved with a stake in the project... as can be seen here:
