ALL is by all accounts a great company....My only reservation with buying in was the fact that the guy at the helm was to the best of my knowledge >80 years old....law of probability suggests he is in his twilight years (bless his soul) and that a mgmt restructure would obviously adversly affect the SP. Something to consider if it wasn't already considered.....
