Applied Science. The Arctic extent is affected by warm air moving north however the
volume has remained relative the same.
Wavy Jet Streams are generally part of the Solar Minimum phase... which we are in .
Stable jet Streams are generally at their 'peak' during Solar Max.
So a Wavy Jet stream explains Russia High temps as produced the Arctic Min Extent ( areas with 15% or more ice only counted ) was less than last year
but the Volume remains the same...
Sea ice does not lie... i just hope the measurements of this 'stay' true.
