    I was confident that we would be on an upward trend after the latest update.

    Now I can't see anything but continuing weakness though the May Selling Season.

    Surely in June things will begin to strengthen.

    To answer your question I think it will be crazy if people aren't paying around $1.85 approaching the ex. dividend date
