Looks as though Pattos talked them into a 1.7c cap raise to come on as underwriters, but very happy it was via an SPP and not a private placement
I imagine most holders will take up full entitlements given we all expect this to be the final cap raise
If this was just a standard 1.7c SPP then I would say the share price 'may' be lackluster in the short term, but having Pattos come onboard is one of the few times I see as a big positive.
Look at the way the handled ISN from its 5 - 80c run, promoting and selling the blue sky of the device without any revenue, TGA or FDA approval. Now compare to the PeriCoach device and take into account we also have a market ready product in the burette as well about to penetrate 2 international markets.
IMO the more stock Patto's get the better, as they'll have the incentive to run this and their retail holders have all made a killing in the last bio play they went into
