P87 or Aries, I would be interested to get your view on this as you seem to like putting forward theories on the same level as Jim Rogers (no elaboration needed on this guys success). It follows that many smart people are looking at the progress Angola is making and the target they are striving to "BECOME".
Lucapa is approaching the crossroads and their judgement day will be shown, I believe, to be a very big positive for the SH.
