Glyco, the answers to these questions were known when the last Annual Report was issued.
I will attempt to attach 3 screenshots.
They being
- IAMOA top 20 from 2016 annual report.
- IAMOA top 20 from 2017 annual report.
- Final directors interest of Matthew Walker issued to ASX in August this year.
It would appear he sold his IAMOA on market. For him to lodge a change in SSH notice his holding would need to increase (or decrease) by at least 1%.
He was holding 20m IAMOA on 7/8/17 but wasn't in the top 20 in the annual report (22/9/17)
There was plenty of ASX volume on IAMOA in the few days after he ceased to be a director, for him to have sold.
