Also - with oppies expiring soon, it has been said that IAM "are confident" all options Will be converted. Which further fuels speculation of some good news before Xmas. To answer your question simply, I wouldnt say this enough to get all giddy for, but the above to reasons alone is enough to fuel a penny stocks SP to rise. Especially considering the potential earnings this company has if a big 4 is signed for a binding agreement... looking at 5 - 8 times current SP On that kind of news... IMO
