    The fundamentals surrounding era this time last year were a lot worse than what they are today and then we had Fukishima in March. The chances of it going above $1.99 before Christmas are fairly good! However, I feel 100% confident at this point in time $1.99 is the target to look at in the short term. The quicker it gets their before XMAS means the higher it will go above the $2 mark.
