Enterprise Value number is correct at $16.8b. Based on Market Capitilisation (14.7b) - Cash (2.3b) + Debt (4.4b) ... it should not have - Debt but + Debt.
It is now actually a lower buyout price as more Cash has been generated since the Sept Q release ... i used Sept Q values.
