1 Atlassian shares for 6 AGL Shares Take over offer.

Hi Henry De Bohun (Cannon Broke) I will agree for the takeover of the AGL Surely I can convince all the shareholders & AGL Management including the Chairman if you can agree or make a deal in the following order.

1 Atlassian shares for 6 AGL Shares No cash given to shareholders only the script/shares swap

Here we in the Aussie we believe a fair go dinkum policy & we are not that greedy

If i was so greedy i would have said
1 Atlassian shares for 3 AGL Shares

Also there is a risk involved who knows your company Attlasian share price will be $30 in couple of months.
But still we in the Aussie land we not only take risk but also being generous.

Remember Yahoo said no to google
Now what is the share price of google & what is the share price of Yahoo.
