The debt funding has been mentioned multiple times in multiple announcements since originally listed as 90-120 days. (people seem to forget these types of things are an estimate, not a guarantee).
they have said it is progressing well, and should be signed off in the near term. any suggestion otherwise from posters is either ignorance or intentially misleading.
