The annual $1 billion Biotech Christmas Stakes

Currently way out in front by 25 lengths, as a 23 bagger, is PSY, but is down to 7 cents from a high of 20 cents. Can it hang on until Christmas. Will it finish full of running?

Next is OBJ. Only a mere 8 bagger at this stage but with a heart of Phar Lap, and multiple good news to come, is it destined to overhaul PSY by Christmas? Despite the jockey's foot momentarily coming out of the stirrups, which will be seen as a blip, OBJ looks as though it has regained momentum, up 12% from its low of 7 cents just yesterday, and those who sold because the directors paid off their mortgages or bought a new investment property will be regretting it soon enough.

ADO had a huge day today, up 18% to finish at 22 cents, a four bagger for the year, but up in five years from 0.002, a 100 bagger with more to come. Question is whether it gets a new major tie up and another 5 bagger from here by Christmas.

AHZ was a five bagger, but carrying the additional burden of a $15,000 per shareholder CR its SP has collapsed to a triple bagger, but once it has digested the CR, it may make a dash to the finish line before Christmas. Likely to finish between third and fifth in my view, a very solid and creditable performance with product actually manufactured in Australia!

With a 4 bagger at one stage, 52 week low of 0.027 and high of 0.11, PRR fell back off behind the front runners, but just as ALT, ADO and OBJ all made very significant moves today, ADO up 18% by the close, so did PRR do very nicely thank you in making up ground with an 11% rise to 0.048 today.

ALT was the back marker with ANP since the start of the race, but over the past 10 days has leapt over 40 percent, with an 11 percent rise just today. With a fifth of women suffering from urinary incontinence, the Pericoach product to be demonstrated to 3,000 clinicians in the USA in July looks set to explode like OBJ, but whether it will be by Christmas 2014 or 2015 it is hard to predict. ALT is now trying to bridge the 50 lengths between the main group and the back marker ANP.

ANP simply looks out of sorts, sickly, certainly not living up to its potential, and unless a deal with a global drug company is announced which could cause a 10 bagger overnight, looks as though it cant win this years race, but may well be one to look out for in 2015 or 2016 if you can afford to feed it the occasional CR. Even LT holders must be thinking about switching to something that moves forward instead of lurching from side to side.

The current race caller wasn't around at the start of the race and has had difficulty working out the colours of some of the runners due to the heavy rain and muddiness of the track. Your help is needed to identify some of the other runners.

Previous race caller resigned mid race because he had a 60 bagger selling PSY at 18 cents and is now happily at stud, drinking Pinot Noir and watching on with investments in some of these outstanding runners in this All Australian field, waiting for another 10 or 20 bagger. And not a driller or digger in sight.

Designed to lighten up the OBJ thread, not to be taken too seriously, but if you have any runners you want to enter..
