Grossed up yield now 10.23% on 62c annual div at $7.88 sp. Placed order to buy & am on the bid. Intend to average in with more if it drops below placement price. I am not a good bottom picker thats why I intend to average in. Prefer some REIT's atm but basically having a punt on this one as hoping all the bad news is priced in.
