they are thinking that they can't believe their luck, and are probably praying for more Tsunamis....
what an absolute windfall for them!
oh well, I suppose for every one else (decent hard working Australians who are working harder and longer than ever, and living totally stressed out lives, at least you have the comfort of knowing where your taxes are going).
