I think, you don't know how many zeros in 1 billion. it is about 1,000,000,000.
which is equal to building the cross river tunnel project in QLD.
equal to building the new tram network in middle of Sydney CBD
equal to Metro Tunnel railway project Melbourne CBD.
equal to buying 1000 of Westfield multiplex.
list goes on.
Can u afford to build any of the above by fully funding. if the answer is no to the simple project... Than u can not find funding for SCONI.
