All very true sir and your point is well made.
If anything, early detection is a benefit to Cvac ( not to mention the poor patient) as thus far it seems like PFS increases the earlier the treatment commences. At some stage PRR will apply for approval for pre-surgical treatment.
Meanwhile, the push is on to maintain first mover advantage in this field.
