One must take one step at a time.. many speak of 1.00 lets get over .25 cents first lol..Then we need to get above .30 and so on.. i for one am only looking for a short term trade .30cents at most ..unless i get stopped out..

There are many issues that could arise BUT also mega potential.. assuming trial 3 is a success and prr gets fda approval then we have a blue chip stock with revenues above 1.5billion p.a ..PRR has the potential to be a 5 dollar stock BUT there are many hurdles..
