High risk yes, high reward is not clear at all.
At $1,000,000,000 market cap and that is before further capital raisings and dilution that are imminent how can you justify $1 share price.
The risk is high so you need to be assured that the reward is high for at least 3-1 odds - it is that simple and no one appears to provide anything objective to substantiate the 3-1 return.
