Once if TOL has "De-freeze" on 8 Nov, LAMP can be put into production immediately, EVEN IF SMSL proposed a new appeal, but in the time when the court consider that whether to accept a re-appeal or allow TOL's "re-freeze", the court will requires a stage of certain time to hear and debate, LAMP can use this term to runing by the successful operation and the timely issue of a series of important safety data & test indicators & the administrative department's monitoring reports, etc.
When the all of evidences and facts ultimately prove LAMP's security is perfect then SMSL's new appeal will collapse.
