Rorkes, in my view only, when SMSL lose there case the 8 November, some time later, days or weeks they will lodge an appeal in a higher court , court of appeals or Federal court in KL.
There appeal would need to be based on fact of law so it would take some time for there lawyers to come up with something to appeal with. By this time, LYC would be busy processing condensate. This was all i was trying to say.
