Seems all we need is oil prices to start heading back towards $100/barrel and the price of ruthenium to fall back. Rare earths did have some steep share price gains over the past few months but have slowly started to come back, however over the last 6 mths they have climbed seven fold and this could partly explain why DYE has had a pullback in its share price.
