In reading Val's post, its obvious that he knows more about the management than most of us. Vendetta or not, Val does post information which all should be taken into account.
I must say I am not a fan of how this company has issued cheap shares to directors and associates, then a few days later has raise capital at 1000x that amount. But if you understand what and how they operate you can also make money.
All information can be used to your advantage as an investor.
