Any line linking GDY to the grid would also hook up PTR as well. It is my understanding that either both projects get connected or neither one will, and without a grid connection neither project makes too much sense. But this grid connection would need to happen in 5 years not 10 so once again labor appears to be looking after its mates in the coal sector.
