Of all the things that company directors can claim superiority over "punters", predicting the gold price is not one of them. With a consistent supply of gold to deliver and hedging available to every miner the inability to correctly determine the high and lows (which are clearly visible in hindsight) is all the evidence I need. Given a very long list of candidates who can purportedly call the gold price correctly i'll shred the list.
