    hi Stealth,

    Without wanting to or having an agenda to in any ramp it up, that is a technique used to undermine or decrease the daily VWAP over a period of time. It only makes a marginal difference, but it all helps to reduce the value of a company when and IF it comes into the sights of a predator.
