even for a very optimistic guy like me, that is dreaming (a nice one), but feel there is no chance, unless you know of any news that the market does not - in terms of a China partnership progress or a Big pharma investment decision that is imminent.
I think both of those will happen in 2018, but not this week.
good dreams though, for me, happy if it hits 20 c this week.
