Your missing the point there is no information anywhere else and it isn't listed as a project nor has any information on it since. If that article suffices you then so be it.

But if Im3 supports Ramboll's mission of sustainable projects and they say they are proud then why is there nothing else on the project. Look at all their other projects if Im3NY was so close to production why wouldnt it be on their website? Because the design process is still not complete. Therefore no cost to completion standard. Just made up percentages. Like i said before they cant know the time or cost at this point in time.
