Freeflyer you really are coming across now as bitter that the SP has risen so much (and you sold out). Continually going on about Magnis making up the % of completed works in announcements is really beneath you. You are better than that. Firstly how do you know there is no cost to completion? I have complete faith in Ramboll, IM3NY engineers and management knowing what they are doing with the construction - if there are some delays then so be it - but the completed % announcements are not what is driving the SP.
Furthermore most of the projects listed on Rambolls websites are old completed ones from 2018 and earlier. I would say Ramboll does not put every project they are working on up on their website- to think or say they do is laughable. You may find IM3NY is on the website after completion, but my guess is they just don't update the website with all projects as they don't need to. straw clutching with this line of argument
