FFNZ - I'll try to help you with the .5% fixation...
Let's assume there are 85 key milestones. As you tick off each milestone, you can equate to a % complete.
While not all milestones are of equal effort, complexity, and duration, it's a good enough way to report.
The table below shows the % complete as each milestone is reached.
They probably round up/down to the nearest .5%. If they reported something like 52.9% your head could possibly explode!
