I have had a lot to say about this company going a long way back.

I gave up on them because of the amount of free stock the directors were giving out to all and sundry staff/management/directors. You cannot keep doing this. It was a joke. I told this forum but nobody cared.

The market has had it's say and it hasn't been good. The market is saying one thing.

Reconstruction. A word most shareholders don't want to hear.

I am saying this because I get dragged into analysing these companies to tell them what's wrong and how to fix them.

On one occasion I was asked by the board with 8 lawyers in the room. I told them that they needed to sack all the lawyers firstly and get onto reorganising the business.

SPLITIT needs a full reorganisation of it's business plan. There is too much spin by the board and no positive profitability.

I always said, if it doesn't make a profit, invest elsewhere. I gave these guys plenty of support and encouragement but they failed to reciprocate with positive results.

I have split the scene. 1c...it's fairly possible.
