Ok, the sp finally broke below 1-cent (AUD). Get ready for half-a-cent…or less depending on how future capital raise negotiations go. If I were DM (or some other Bergren-like company), or any CS investor…I’d only provide capital funding for 1/10th, or 9/100th of a cent per share. But that’s me. I smell blood (I mean opportunity) in these Kogi-waters. Maybe even request 1/100th of one cent. Or a sp so low, I’d end up becoming the majority shareholder; say like anywhere from 75-90% of all shares. I def wouldn’t have to worry about any 249d bs.
