Ok, so some interesting misinformation floating around here.

Will do my best to straighten some of this out but I have learnt from past similar battles that some people are just itching to lose money or miss out on profits!!

As they say, it is easier to fool someone than to convince them they are being fooled.

I'll start with the muppet suggesting a $5 mil raise. Mate, is this your first exploration stock? As if they will do a $5 mil raise!! The stock is capped at $5 mil!

U expecting them to do a 1 for 1 rights issue then?? No chance! When u press the button on a new project u want quick movement. U don't want to burn 6 weeks on a rights issue. 15% placement almost certain. Price and amount depends on how it trades.

Next piece of total misinformation, $US 400 k of payments. Not true. They need to pay US $200k then another 200 once they get a mining licence for Grand Bois.

But they have a mining license for Morne Bossa already so won't need the GB mining lincence for years.

Then $1.3mil once completed a full feas. Due for completion in 13 months. So again no more cash payments for at least 13 months. By which stage they'll have done a full feas with mining license in place.

Which helps debunk misinformation number 3. No production for years. This is literally the quickest timeline I've ever seen on a mining project. They've skipped the discovery phase. They could be making FID in October next year.

As for JORC no doubt this is true but it was drilled by Newmont and Eurasia. One is a major, the other a TSX listed junior. Hardly back yard boys and following Canadian drilling procedures. As good as JORC.

Next muppet - the guy who is saying that the market decides what it's worth and not someone on HC!! Well yes, except the market takes time to reprice!! Last week the market was valuing at .004 eg $2.4 mil mc. Now Mr Market thinks double that.

The point that posters are trying to make here is that the market is unsure and the stock is being re-rated. Where to? Well that is the debate right? One way to figure it out is to use comparisons. So these posters aren't saying it's definitely worth 20 or 30 mil.

They are saying that based on other similar plays at same stage of development it could be a reasonable deduction that this should or could be capped at $20-30mil. I agree with them. So why would anyone on earth sell this thing at $5 mil mc? Unless u don't like money.

Finally to the hew of people shouting cap raise cap raise. Please provide me with one single junior explorer/ developer who is excused from the burden of raising cash. It's actually how it should be. You never want to raise these guys too much or they spend it too quickly especially as a shell (which DDD was before this acquisition).

So raising capital is a natural part of exploration. It's all about how it's managed. 2 raises ago they chose pattos and we can all see they were a net seller of 150 mil shares since. No good.

Last raise though they chose a different broker with a different approach. Hasn't sold any placement shares and has actively bought on market. Well played.

Now why would they go and piss off shareholders with a big old discounted raise?? It will be small and placed to supportive shareholders who understand what they are trying to achieve.

Guys, these plays are rare. Undervalued proven resources almost always eventually get valued right. Don't worry about needing capital, every mining project does. Always have. But if the project is what we think it is then the capital will come flying in.

And most posters here will only be able to acquire shares on market!!

Think carefully about this one fellas.

peer comparisons suggest market cap of 25-30m is achievable
chart suggests 2.5-3c is likely

Gold price is very supportive
