Contacted the company this morning. They are hoping to finalise the acquisition by early to mid next month. They will release a lot more data once the paper work has been signed.
From what I gathered both project are good enough to produce minimum $18 million of revenue a year.
Plus they will have more opportunities to acquire more projects once they are there.
Engineering report should be out very soon too but won't be released before the signing.
