The cash that Hanlong used to try to take over SDL was loaned by a Chinese Government Bank. I believe the Chinese Government will have taken over the so called Hanlong shares in SDL.
SDL are only looking for funding for the mines, Cameroon Government are in talks with The Chinese Government for funding of the Port and Rail. The Port and Rail are the big cash requirement.
