Assuming Kamala wins the race and is good for her word (not necessarily common for politicians to keep an electioneering promise) you all may have missed her recent announcement of a $40 Billion Federal fund to incentivize new building construction to aid the housing deficit. This also includes large tax incentives to building companies.
So, if the US building companies looking at FBR see a Kamala win in the wind and generous tax incentives being offered, then one might call that 'opportune' from their perspective, given the faster their builds (enter FBR) the greater the capture of Federal funds. Especially given said $40 Billion is aimed at cheap housing for first home buyers, which would be a doddle for FBR.
I would now consider the outcome of the US presidential race an integral component of FBR's success .
